DIANA PATTERSON

President and Founder of ADG Enterprises, Diana started a cleaning business of serveral homes with a child in tow while in college. She juggled the challenges of life and built a successful commercial cleaning business.

 

She has successfully managed projects and contracts for such companies and institutions as M&M Mars, Marriott Corporation, F&M College, USA Army, Hershey Foods, Boluva Industries, GSA, Barton Malow and New South Construction.

 

She has led a large management team of over 150 staff during certain phases of the company's history in multiple locations around the nation. Under her vision, she has led ADG toward substantial growth. 

 

She holds a degree from Millersville University and has attended the Penn Statement Business Management Certification Program.  Diana has received numerous awards including, Lancaster, PA Entrepreneur of the Year and was named by the Georgia Black Constructors Association as one of the top women acheivers in the construction and facilities management industries in Georgia.

 

She is actively involved in volunteering which includes membership in the Bishop Spinal Cord Injury Center and Women in Construction.
